All orders are FINAL! There will be no returns available. (NO REFUNDS) Exchanges only happen if there seems to be a problem with your order, and you must notify us within 3 Business days after receiving shipment by emailing us at Thehouseofrosecollecton@yahoo.com clothing must show NO obvious signs of being WORN! If eligible for an exchange you will be responsible for shipping. Please send us a tracking number in order for us to have a chance to keep up with the exchanged item. Please allow up to 5 Business days for us to process exchanged orders.
We Do Not Have To Accept Any Exchanges  If Determined Unreliable Source.
